I’m from New Albany, MS. Attended college in God’s Country – at The University of Mississippi and received a Bachelor’s of Education. Gained a Master of Education from Delta State University. Taught in Tupelo Public Schools and Lee County Schools for 11 years. Married to David McClain and have one little boy named Jackson and another little boy on the way! 

I love going to Pick Wick lake with my family. Nothing better for my soul than riding in a boat and feeling the sun on my skin and the wind in my face. Summer is my favorite season, Christmas is my favorite holiday. Love crafty stuff, eating Mexican food, and playing with my boys. Have always had an animal (or two) in the house. Like to watch college football. My favorite music is old country – Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Earl Thomas Conley, Dottie West. My journey with Jesus is a new one and I am learning more each and every day!
